- What is Energy?
Energy is used to fight or to train, energy can be refreshed by using Syndicate points, tokens or Energy refills.
- What is Stamina?
Stamina is used to do Jobs, you can refresh Stamina by using Syndicate points, tokens, or Stamina refills.
- What is Levelling?
Levelling is one way for you to progress in the game by gaining more health and extra skill points to spend in the training centre.
- What is Health?
Your health decreases when fighting other players or taking part in certain events. Once your health reaches zero you will be sent to the hospital, you can refresh your health and leave the hospital by using medicine or by using game cash.
- What is My Avatar?
Your avatar is a character that you choose when you first begin your game, you can then proceed to purchase items within the game to make your avatar look more kickass and trendy, your avatar comes with its own shop, wardrobe and the choice of backgrounds and podiums, remember to keep a lookout for new items being added to the avatar shop.
- What are Skill Points?
Skill points are gained by leveling up. Skill points can be used in the training centre to increase Power, Resilience, Velocity, Agility, Luck and Vitality. They can be used in the "Skills" tab on your home screen to upgrade various skills. These will make you stronger in an assortment of ways, such as adding more stats to your character, increasing the size of your bag and decreasing your flight time.
- What is the Fight Club?
The Fight Club is a building where you will find a list of players of approximately the same level as you to fight.
- What is Game Cash?
You can gain game cash in a few different ways, you can increase your game cash by doing jobs, robbing other players, trading stocks, or buying and selling items
- Airport & Flying
You can use the airport to fly between districts.
- What is Training Centre?
The Training Center is the most important building in Ultimate Supremacy! Here, you can spend Energy to add Stats, which increase the strength of your account during battles. The slider below each stat lets you choose how much of the energy you currently have, that you'd like to invest into your stats.
- What are Jobs?
Jobs are tasks you can do within the game to gain cash and Experience points to assist in levelling up.
- What are Experience Points?
Experience points are gained by doing jobs and events and once gained they help you move up in levels.
- What is Hospital?
After losing a fight, a player will be sent to the Hospital. While in the Hospital, you cannot do many things you usually could, such as fight, fly, or buy from Shopping Centres.
- What are Daily Rewards?
You can receive daily rewards just by logging on every day, once you have received your daily reward you may have the option to watch one advertisement to receive a double up on your reward,
- What is Syndicate Points?
Syndicate points are GameXPlosions exclusive currency, Syndicate Points can be purchased for real cash, they are also given out as rewards in various parts of the game, eg, events, daily rewards and competitions.
- Help: Can I share my login information?
It is imperative that you never shate your login information with anyone to avoid your account being taken over by someone else.

- Help: I have forgotten my password.
If you are trying to login and you cannot remember your password you can have a password reminder sent to the email address that you have registered your account to by clicking on the 'remember password 'button on the login page,.
- Help: I have not received my Syndicate Points.
If you have purchased syndicate points and not received them try restarting your game, if your Syndicate Points are still not there please check the funds have been deducted from your chosen payment method.
- My Account
You account is your sole responsibility, do not share your login information with any other players, it is against game rules to share your login information, give away your account, trade or sell your account at any time.
- Scamming
We urge every player to be very careful in how they make deals on Ultimate Supremacy to avoid being scammed, all items owned within Ultimate Supremacy are the sole responsibility of the individual players.
- Can I delete my account?
You can delete your Ultimate Supremacy account by emailing admin@gamexplosion.com
- Can I move my account to a different phone?
You can move your account to a different phone as long as you have registered your account and know your username and password, always check you have your username and password and have registered before you uninstall your account and try to move it to another phone.
- Syndicate Point abuse
Players purchasing Syndicate Points and spending them then claiming chargebacks through Apple Pay, Google Play, Paypal or any other methods, will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation as this is against our TOS and clearly explained within them.
- Third Party Apps
The use of any third-party application on Ultimate Supremacy is strictly forbidden, this includes any automated applications used to control your game without the assistance of yourself, or to speed up your gameplay.
- Exploiting
The exploitation of any glitches and bugs in Ultimate Supremacy by any player will result in suspension of their account and possible ban, if any user finds any glitches or bugs in the game the glitch can be emailed to
- Why was I banned?
If your account has been banned then you have ignored warnings from our staff regarding your conduct in the game or for harassment or cheating or you have broke one of our TOS in some other way.
- Disable notifications
To disable notifications goto your Control Consol located on your home screen and select settings, choose the option to 'turn off notifications'
- Abusing staff
Any players found to be sending any form of abuse to the staff through our various methods of contact including sending false reports will result in actions being taken against them.
- How do I change my name?
You can change your name using Syndicate Points by going to the store and choosing 'change name'.
- GameXPlosion asked for my login information
GameXPlosion will never at anytime ask you for your login details.

- Skill Tree
Skill tree can be upgraded with points gained by levelling, each level gives you 1 upgrade point to spend on your tree.
- Alien Event
During Alien event you will encounter 3 different aliens,
- Clans and Clan Castle
The Clan Castle lets you join, create, disband and manage clans, along with leveling up their skills so every member can become stronger!
- Crafting
The Crafting building allows players to consume certain items and currencies to create other items, such as Stamina and Energy Refills.
- Marketplace
The Marketplace is where players can buy and sell items.
- Property
The property building allows you to buy and rent out real estate. Gaining you cash over time.
- Gamble
The Gamble building allows players to Gamble their cash on Slot Machines and Scratchcards.
- ATM
The ATM allows players to bank their hard-earned cash, and withdraw it at will. Cash banked cannot be spent until it is withdrawn. When Cash is deposited, players will receive a tax based on the total amount they are trying to bank.
- Family Centre
The Family Centre allows players to assign family members that appear on their profile. This allows you to show off who your best friends are! You can also get married to other players.
- Warehouse
The Warehouse allows a player to store, view, use, and equip items.
- Bag
The Bag allows you to carry items between districts. Your Bag space can be increased using 3rd equips, Skills, and Clan Skills.
