On November 10th, 2007 Gamexplosion celebrated the Grand Opening of our new store in Aurora. The address of our new store is 18662 E. Hampden Ave in Aurora and is on the S/E corner of Tower and Hampden Ave, just west of the Safeway.

WEEKLY UPDATES!! - May 28th, 07

I will be updating the site at least once a week now. Stay tuned. We will be placing weekly specials and coupons on the site and opening a emailing list to start sending coupons to people who have signed up on the emailing list. Eventually we want to be listing the weekly new game releases and new inventory. - Sam

We are now open Monday through Wednesday 11 to 8, Thursday through Saturday 11 to 9, and Sunday 11 to 7. - Sam

HALO Tournament - Jan 30, 07

Just a reminder to everyone, we are having a Halo tournament this Saturday! Which is Feb 3rd. Please join us in this event. The more people that show up the bigger our prizes will be! There is a $5 entry fee that helps pay for the prizes! And sorry there had not been an update in a while. I will make a serious attempt to update the site at least once a week. - Sam

Calendar and Events - Dec 20th, 06

We have now put up a calendar of events for what will be happening in the upcoming months. On the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month we will be hosting game tournaments. If there is enough positive feedbacks from participants and enough people showing up to the tournaments, we will host tournaments more often. The first tournament will be a Street Fighter tournament. Second tournament will be Halo. Bring your friends! I'll have further information about the tournaments in the next couple of days. - Sam

Also, starting in January, every Thursday night at 6pm there will be open Magic The Gathering play. Anyone is free to join us. We will be playing Type 1 (Vintage). Of course, bring your own cards. We also have the latest MTG expansions available to purchase in the store. - Sam

Stormtroopers have Gamexplosion employees under hostage! The 501st

Legion, Mountain Garrison laid waist to our store today. No game was left unturned as they searched for rebel spies. Unfortunately they found no rebels, only loyal members of the Empire. We would like to thank the 501st Legion Mountain Garrison ,who does charity events, for coming and helping us raise money for the Children's Hospital. 10% of all sales on Saturday were donated to the Children's Hospital.
